Here is a fairly common problem that can happen to new shooters. This malfunction was caused by the 9mm round inserted backwards in the Glock magazine. This was done accidentally while not paying attention while loading. When the round was stripped put of the magazine and attempted to enter the chamber, it got stuck, and when the slide closed on it it was set fimly into place. Since there was a live round we wanted to be sure to be careful not to push against the primer when removing it. http://ammobuyersguide.com/Articles.php?action=detail&g=content1236337444
